Hi
I have done the quest Still In The Dark for BoS, and i also did the optional quest where i told Hardin about the Chain That Binds, and how McMara had violated it, but they both tell me to wait and i've been waiting forever! So now i can't do anything.
Please help me

I had the exact same issue. I had to go back to a saved game before doing last hand in to Lorenzo. I tried to side with Hardin, but it gave me the same glitch you have. After 30 days they still would not talk to me other than to say they were waiting for a trial. I lost about 10hrs a play time doing this and sided with McNamara not Hardin the second time and had no issues. Its a major glitch.

Its a bug , you are not supposed to be able to do both things , so now they are stuck in limbo.
On pc you can reset the quest via a console command , but else there is nothing you can do.

So i have to side with McMara?

This is what worked for me;

Get out of the BoS base, then open console and type resetquest 0015D79D (<- Still in the Dark quest ID) . And then type Completeallobjectives 0015D79D.

When I did this and went back inside, Hardin was sitting in the elders chair. I don't know if you have to reset the quest but this worked for me so I'm happy.

does that mean cause i only partially completed the quest for mcnamara which is i told him all the patrols were dead and he said go find the scouts then i sided with hardin does that mean it glitched for me?????

When it tells you to wait just go out of the bunker and wait for a couple of days and go back in and everything should be in working order.
