ive just started my 2nd play through and ive gone for a all out mage im using bound sword and just wondered if anyone knows if it increases in power as you level up your abilitys or is it just rubbish

Bound weapons rely upon the relevant weapon skill, NOT the conjuration skill. In the early game, bound weapons are awesome, but doing even a moderate amount of smithing improvements to mundane weapons will make for a better damage later on in the game.
