My bounty is high and I need help! : V

I have an excessively high bounty in a few places. I submitted and went to jail to sleep it off like everyone suggests. When I do so it brings up the loading screen and has been sitting there for the past fifteen minutes. I am playing on the XBOX and wondering if I'm glitched or is this normal. May somebody shed some insight?

Sorry, it hasn't happened to me. Raise the money in a hold you don't owe money too if it cotinues?

Normally a persons response is to just shut off their xbox and try again

My bounty is 7,120 in Winterhold; 25,521 in Whiterun; and 57,630 in The Rift.

If you turn off all the autosave features your game will load 10x faster.

Turn off the xbox and reload to the last save. Odds are the last save is when you entered the hold, so its not that much of a setback. Just keep going to jail and sleeping it off until it works.

Wow!! Even I have never gotten that high yet! I would suggest just trying to live your life outside of the civilized world as an outlaw who raids travelers on the road for fun.

Jk of course, but if you can go to jail with such a high bounty then do that and just get your skills back up. You will probably be spending the rest of your life in their though...

Are you joking? Turning off the console reloads your last save, not forces you to start a whole new game....

It's part of the fun of playing a criminal character. You can break out and you just have to avoid any conversation with the guards until you get out of the city.

The first character I played was a kleptomaniac who was constantly in and out of jail in all the Holds except Riften.
