A video I found where the folks are talking about the old toys of yester-year. Toys like He-man, TMNT, Thundercats and She-Ra could be worth alot of money. So as a avid toy collector myself I'll share what I have.
Star Trek:
The USS-Enterprise-A (Wrath of Khan edtion).
The Enterprise-D.
The Defiant.
The Shuttlecraft Goddard.
The 2009 ST: Enterprise.
The Engineering Playset.
TNG Bridge Playset.
The 2009 Bridge Playset.
The 09 Teleporter.
TNG Teleporter.
Many Types of Phasers.
The Medical Tricorder.
The 09 Tricorder.
and a lot of ST Action figures.

Thunder Cats (New):
Lion-O.
Tigra.
Mummra.
Snarf.
Thundertank.
and
The Deluxe Sword of Omens (It's more of a short sword but the role play version is like a Dagger of Omens).

Tron Legacy:
The Recognizer Playset/Carrying case.
Clu, Sam and Kevin's Light Cycles.
Rinzlor, Sam and Kevin's Light Disk.
Sam and Clu Deluxe figures.
The Light Runner, Three Man and One Man Light Jets.
and
all the figurines that came out---not sure about Castor/Zuse though.

Master of the Universe Classics:
Adora.
She-Ra.

SpyNet:
Night Vision Binoculars (They may not be military grade NVG's but they do work very well up till 50 feet in total darkness).

So any other collectors around here?

No collector of toys here, unless videogames count but I don't really have a collection of 80's video games.

I used to have a few TMNT figures but those were destroyed in the Lego Uprising of '91.

You could consiter 80's or 90's video games as toys---I've watched CGR on YouTube and they're good at showing off classic games that are collectible specially Vectrex and Atari.

I can't say that I collected them, I can say that I played with them and eventually destroyed them, but I didn't collect them. :P
