It's not exactly the usual problem when the quest fail to update. I haven't run into that yet, but I think I'm about to run into one.

I picked up a Briarheart in Broken Tower Redoubt, but I haven't reached the part where the game would allow me to repair the Phial yet. I know Broken Tower Redoubt is a possible location where a Briarheart is located, but I've already killed that boss. That means that the Forsworn boss at the Tower can no longer be used as a source of Briarheart.

The problem is, I've already initiate Find the Red Eagle Sword quest already. The sword will be at a Forsworn boss in that place. And that's the one other target that I know of where you can pick up a Briarheart. There's a bug listed saying that if I pick up Red Eagle Sword and Briarheart from the same Forsworn body, only the first might be updated.

So I have questions:
Would the first Briarheart I killed at Broken Tower redoubt respawn after 10 days or so? If yes, I could just pick the Briarheart from his body normally, right?

Is there another way around the bug from picking up Red Eagle Sword and Briarheart from the same body?

Are there other possible Forsworn Briarhearts in other dungeons where I can pick up a Briarheart from? If so, would the game be able to assign them as a quest target instead of the one in Red Eagle Redoubt or Broken Tower Redoubt?

The 1.4 changlog says that 'The White Phial' quest will start properly now, even after you havea Briarheart in your inventory, but 'The White Phial' quest has nothing to do with a Briarheart. 'Repairing the Phial' does. Did they mean 'Repairing the Phial' here?
