So I have just bought it and I don't get the option to bribe or persuade guards. When im in breezehome it gives me the option of 'Im with the guild, how about you look the other way' but sometimes this doesn't appear either. Im stuck on whether this is a glitch or what.

Odd for me. The guards in Whiterun don't give a damn, and either let me off or take the fine on the spot, but in Haafingar it's swords out, enemy of Skyrim, for the slightest offence.
