Hackers, scammers target Nintendo, Bethesda, Epic

[UPDATE] Hacking group Lulzsec released a torrent file it claimed included all of the information taken from Bethesda except for that of more than 200,000 Brink players

Thanks for the concern, but this has been discussed numerous times and seems to keep getting linked over to the general discussion and locked.

Im not concerned bc Beth doesnt have my credit card, just my name and an email that I only use for forums. Passwords changed, drama over. Im assuming that this is why the BRINK stats site is down?

It could be. I just checked and everything's zero for both platforms.

Thanks Lulzsec...for showing the world how pathetic you all are as human beings hacking something as insignificant as a stats site...that has NO real impact on anyone, and will most likely be fixed and restored within a day or two. Way to fail at life, boys. And I know one or more of them will read this, because let's face it...hackers have oversized egos, so we all know they're probably on this and most other Brink forums reading up on how their handy work "impacted" the community. *points finger at sad hacker kidz and laughs*

The advice is to change your passwords on this forum and any associated sites (like the Beth Blog).
