Brink - Steam contact

I pre-purchsed Brink because of all the hype and I though the game was going to be superb compared to other games that have been release! Ufortunatly the game has very poor performance for me. It is unplayable. My mouse and keyboard turn off when i play the game for 5~10 minutes and I cannot get them back to work unless I restart the game. It happens all the time and I've tried changing my keys, having them default and it stilll doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I've tried 2 different keyboards and 3 different mice and the same thing happens with them all. This only happens with this game, i play bad comapny 2, fallout 3 and newvegas, and other games and none of this happens. I've also had 2 other friends that this happens to and steam nor your were able to fix the problem for them so steam powered refunded there game. I've contacted steam support to see if they could help me out and they said I needed to contact you guys first (3rd party) i've sent you guys 7 emails and I haven't had any reply to them. The first 1 i sent like a month and a half ago. I would want you guys to please reply to my emails or at least to this.
