Hey guys,
Both the BoS Quartermaster and Calamity, the ghoul doctor at Jacobstown, will not refresh their inventories; it's been in-game weeks and they still have the same inventories they had when I visited last. I was planning on using them frequently, so just wondering if anyone can give me a way around this bug. Thanks!
