I read on the wiki that it is "rare" that the BoS Paladins are on patrol on the highways. Mr. New Vegas also said there are patrols on the highways after you complete the 2 main BoS quests.

So my question is: Has anyone spotted a BoS patrol outside of Hidden Valley after completing the quest Tend to your business or Eyesight to the Blind ?
