Well i've been reading about the voice cast and this one lady plays as a ''sarcastic'' brotherhood of steel scribe not sure if there is gonna be a whole BOS community or if its a fake character saying shes apart of the BOS

BOS are confirmed in, and some images have leaked of the interrior of their bunker. It is strongly suspected that the image of woman with the plasma rifle standing in front of a bunker is in fact the BOS bunker.

No, the BoS is really in the game. They're a relatively small contingent, but they're alive. I'm just hoping that supporting them doesn't put me in direct opposition with the NCR, because that wouldn't be very good. We'll just have to wait another 54 days to find out. Why does time have to move so slowly!?!?!?!?!?

Where did you hear the name? The only source I've found is the Vault, and I refuse to believe anything there until the Cyberpunk Cowboy SMG is taken down. They also say that the Lever-action Shotgun fires 12ga shells when you can see in some of the gameplay videos that it fires 20ga. They're not exactly trustworthy right now.
