im where you need to be to meet with the Brotherhood of Steele but they are never here. what do i do?

if you have NCR armor on than thats the problem if they fire imediatly :P

im pretty sure that they fire at you no matter what you are wearing

I never got fired on and I actually brought an NCR Ranger in with me that I called when you get the NCR emergency radio.
