I'm running 1.03 at the moment and after completing "Speaking with Silence" Thieves Guild quest, I went back to Dragonsreach to enchant all the Ebony gear I found only to discover that I cannot interact / use the enchantment table and alchemy table. When I press X, it goes into 3rd person view for a brief moment (same duration as the normal animation would have taken) and then goes back to 1st person view. I ran to my home's alchemy table and same result... The grindstone and forge outside Warmaiden - same issue. I can't forge, enchant, mix anything!!!!

I have one single manual save file and I tried doing a safe mode database rebuild and saving to a new file then reloading it.
This is a serious bug and I've seen it mentioned a few times by some users on the PC and 360 but no confirmed fix.

Anyone suffering from the same issue?

gamesas, I would be happy to provide my PS3 save file if it means for your dev team to look into this issue.

I had the same issue,after several reloads and it not working...i used a cure disease potion,and it worked again,try it ..you have nothing to lose,and it really did work for me

Unfortunately I don't have a Cure Disease potion, any idea where I can buy one?

Actually I found a "Potion of Cure Disease" and drank it, then tried the Alchemy table but still the same issue. I checked my magic active effects and don't see any ailments.

OMG awesome, it's fixed! After drinking the Potion of Cure Poison and thinking it didn't work... I pulled about 10 potions from my house chest, drank like 5-6 in succession then did an Unreinlenting Force shout because I was getting pissed off. Then I tried to click on my Breezehome (Whiterun) alchemy table but accidentally clicked on the sachel sitting on it. Backed out of the menu and clicked on the alchemy table and it worked! I'm going to save to a new file then try again with the original save to see whether a specific potion did the trick.
