Bug: Improving armor not focused properly by fortify gear

I just got the following weird bug trying to upgrade a dwarven armor. I have 78 smithing skill, and the following three items:
- Orcish gauntlets of eminent archery (Legendary): Bows do 30 % more damage.
- Glass gauntlets of extreme smithing (Legendary): weapons and armor can be improved 22 % better.
- Ring of peerless smithing: Weapons and armor can be improved 25% better.
Not using any smithing potions for this, i do have the perks for dwarven, orcish and glass armor.

Now when i try to upgrade a dwarven armor, i get a higher armor rating without the gauntlets that WITH the gauntlets.
Starting with Dwarven armor. 75 armor value.
Wearring none of the three items: Dwarven armor (epic): 88 armor value
Wearing the orcish gauntets: Dwarven armor (epic): 110 armor value
Wearing the glass gauntlets or the ring: Dwarven armor (legendary): 95 armor value
Wearing the glass gauntlets AND the ring : Dwarven armor (legendary): 101 armor value
Wearring the ring and orcish gauntlets: Dwarven armor (legendary): 119 armor value

This means that the orcish gauntlets are improving smithing, when they should not. Also how is epic armor with 110 value inferior to legendary armor with 95 value????
