I'm kind of hoping this is a parody, but FFS, of course it's cyclical, since you can find any single one of them first. That's assuming the guy is right about the letters. There are places all over the map that could have those letters in their names, so it's rather fairly likely that this is just random chance at play.
Still, this sounds much more plausible than the earlier theory about the jars containing instructions for destroying the world, or some such [censored].
