Bug, some people cant start game : Fallout: New Vegas

I have the same issue
I have an i5
and a Radeon 5770

The game won't start, does anyone have a solution ?

I had this problem, but I went to steam, right clicked on the game in the game list, went to properties, clicked on the local files tab, verify integrity of game cache, it then redownloaded the exe and another file, the files seemed to be corrupted for some of us, anyway that fixed my problem so I hope it works for you guys

it downloaded 2 files for me, no helped now "start game" mini window crash every time also
