anyone know if this will be fixed/has been fixed? I'm playing on Xbox 360, I've got the same enchant perks and level as my friend and he can enchant +25% alchemy/other things on his gear while I can do only 20%. If anyone knows a way to fix this on Xbox 360 though, please tell!

You sure you used a grand soul and took all the proper enchantment perks (the first 5 and insightful enchanter)?

yep i did. i have 2 characters with 100 enchanting and the perks, because i wanted to do the insane damage thing but i only had like 5 grand soul gems. but i could only enchant 20% so i gave up... i hope this bug doesn't affect lower spell cost ones because i just started a mage.
