i have a bug on all weapons with strength requirements... ex. a minigun requires that i have 10 STR. to use it, i have 7 in strenght and can still use it... and nope i dont have any +str. items or any consumeables in use that gives me the last 3 str. points neither do i have the perk that lower the req. for wepaons with 2 pts... pretty lame that i have tryed to level me up to get the STR. to equipt these heavy weapons if the requirements is bugged in a way that i dont have to furfill them... and this is with both Gun Runners Arsenal weapons and normal Vanilla Fallout New Vegas weapons...
