In the Skaal village, 2 pnj don't move, and one of them (Deor) is supposed to give me a quest...
I've finished the main quest, and don't have a save before they've started to don't move..
Any idea ?

I think someone reported that you can later find one of the two conversants inside a Skaal building. Then he or she will speak to you about the topic. I have not tried it myself. If you try it, please report your results here. Merci!
