Well, i had the same problem and i had to solve it alone, don't lose the hope, i will help you.

On your data files, you have the .bsa files that actually are the installed files of Skyrim in a unique format compacted (hey i'm not pro in codes, so don't fire me for my newbie way to describle the files!).

Use the following program, i get it on internet, and for what i read, it was in fact a tool for oblivion, but work with Skyrim files to:

Ps: I tried to use BB codes, but the URL system is not accepting the Megaupload link or i'm doing something wrong, just copy and paste the link ok!

I really don't know if i'm doing something against the forum rules here, so if comes to that plz just edit my post admins.

with this archive, you can unpack the bsa files, just unpack the Skyrim - Voicesixtra.bsa files on the "DATA" folder of Skyrim.(that actually for what i saw there are only for esbern interacts), reload to a previous save point, before you tried to interact with esbern and problem solved. At least that was my savior solution, cos i get stucked for at least 2 days in this problematic door.
