So I just decided to start another character (I've made several dozen already) and I create my character and after the cutscene I run into the building and Ralof (or whatever the stormcloak guys name is) just stands in the doorway yelling "in here" or "over here" while I'm standing right behind him.

so I reload and remake my guy. This time, after I can control my character when the dragon attacks, I wait and follow Ralof. But this time he won't let me past him and he keeps yelling "over here" and "in here". So I force my way by him and nothing.

Try a third time. Same thing. I get into the building, but Ralof doesn't register that I'm already there and I can't proceed.

anyone have this happen before? I haven't on all the characters I've made. Don't recall if I've made a guy since 1.4 came out.

It's strange. Only recently Ralof has been giving me trouble in the intro sequence himself. Like you said, he either blocks the doorway or just stands there. If I can, I go on without him.
Are you playing on Xbox or PC?

To be fair he doesn't ALWAYS do that. Only sometimes.

On PC. When I restarted the game after posting here it worked just fine. I'm happily on my way with yet another character.
