First of all - cool game, I'm only at chapter 3 but really enjoying it so far, but I have noticed a couple of things that could do with fixing:

Combat - While in melee combat you can't back off from an attacker defensively, instead the character turns their back on the attacker usually getting an axe between the shoulder blades! In melee mode you should be able to back off with your shield protecting you whilst facing them by holding LT.

HUD - the Health Bars & Weapon/ammo icon fade but the mapped skills icon doesn't, please can you fix this. Also I would love an option to remove HUD (except targeting reticule). I know this sounds trivial but I am always distracted or my view obstructed by screen furniture. Please please please can you fix this.

I hope that the above and others issues are addressed to make this a truly epic game, I love the tone, the old skool feel, dialog and characters and I want to get the most out if it. If it is "patched" then I have no doubt this will stay in my collection and I would definately be interetsed in a sequel.
