Buildcharacter concept for first female char?!

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 11:09 pm

Hi guys, after a long break from skyrim iam looking forward to start a new character.I never played a female char in skyrim before,so i would like to make one.I have no idea what build i should try. :ermm:

All my characters so far were heavy combat ones except one mage but iam probably going to restart him(took wrong perks/bad mage build).Maybe somebody have an interesting build for a female char and/or character concept.
I first tought about a cleric or holy paladin, but thats too much close combat i guess, hmm.Iam also looking at the female armor and clothes right now,to get a idea of what could fit a certain concept/build.
If possible not to much close combat. :nope:

Hope somebody can help with some brainstorming!

I only played as a Female once and I did a Light Armor / Archery / Sneak type of thing. You can always do that, if you so wish it.

If you haven't tried a Sneak build you should do that. The Sneak mechanics are better than ever, but still a bit lacking.

This is how I play my current character and she's a Nord. It's probably my favorite play style.

My female wood elf is the same - sneak, archery and light armor. I also included a bit of alchemy!

A female character can be any build, of course. But if you've done mostly heavy melee and a mage, why not try a thief/ assassin? Sneaky archers are a lot of fun. I played a female Nord thief. The TG and Nightingale armors are the nicest in the game IMO.

Sounds like a good idea.Archery,i havent really tryed that either. How about a witch type with some magic and sneak...i dont know what kind of skill could be useful and still fit a sneaky witch.Okay illusion seems obvious choice but the rest?

Illusion, Sneak, Archery, One Handed, Alteration. That's my two cents at least if you're going Nightblade.

For an archer definetly get conjuration - bound bow is epic, and the ability to provide a meat shield on command is a nice compliment to your ranged playstyle.

I typically play females and usually play sneak/thief types (often with archery and daggers for dungeons and caves). My current character is a female orc Samurai with one handed (a single katana), block, heavy armor (blades), restoration, and conjuration. There are tons of different build ideas, and having a concept in mind may help longevity.
