Bullseye + Archery Kill Cams = Fail

Post » Thu May 31, 2012 11:43 pm

Okay so here is the problem. My archer recently acquired the "bullseye" perk. This gives me a 15% change of paralyzing the target. Here is the problem. When I shoot my arrow and get a kill cam AND the shot happens to trigger the paralysis my target will get the paralysis effect BEFORE the arrow reaches him, they FALL ON THEIR BACKS and my arrow MISSES and as such they do not die! Then I have to walk over and in effect "re-kill" them, hoping the paralysis doesn't dispel before I walk my rear over to whatever it is they fell behind thus triggering the fight I was trying to avoid with an arrow to the head 10 seconds earlier.

Why don't you just disable ranged killcams in the Skyrim.ini? Bethesda doesn't seem to understand this, so you may as well just turn it off until the situation changes.

Thanks for the quick fix! Hopefully Bethesda will work this out in the next few patches  I do feel bad for console owners.
