Ok i am not really sure if it is 1.5 Patch or 1.5 Beta Patch. I'm from Germany btw. I downloaded the 1.5 Beta Patch and now i have heard that the Final Version of the Patch is out. But for me no Data has been downloaded yet on Steam for skyrim and the Beta does not show up either. Ingame it shows Version 1.5.xxxx. I tried to validate my Files but nothing happens. So that is why i'm not sure if my Problem is occuring on the Beta Patch or if it is in the Final Version of the Patch. Now to the Bug itself. I have the Archery Skill Tree maxed out and took every Perk in it. The final perk of the Skill Tree is the Bullseye Perk wich gives a Chance of 15% to Paralyze an Enemy. Before the Patch the Paralyzing Effect activated when the Arrow hit the Enemy. Now with the Patch the Paralyzing Effect activates when the Arrow leaves the Bow aka when i release the Mouse Button to shoot. This causes the Arrow to miss the Target because the Enemy gets paralyzed and falls over before the Arrow hits, wich is especially annyoing with the new Killcams. Please fix this Bug.

Edit: Does somebody know if this Bug i'm describing here is only in the Beta Patch or is it also in the Final Patch ? Because if it is only in the Beta Patch then maybe my Game has just not updated correctly or at all.
