is there an issue with being hated by certain groups or vilified. I go to certain camps throughout the game and I believe I should be attacked ? is that a known bug ??? They just dont attack me . there not red ? wierd??

As far as I know the thing is bugged and doesn't work at all, but that seems like it's intended effect, from what the guy who delivers it says.

You might be the only person it ever worked for.

the mark of caesar only works if you don't do any "crimes" against the Legion after you get it.
