He claims that is what the clerk at the store had told him. Now, I immediately thought, how low can Activision go with the franchise and how stupid this game would be. On top of that I've only heard of MW3 as the next game and no where have I seen anything resembling a Wild West theme. I remember back in the day when Call of Juarez was touted as "Call of Duty" set in "Wild West Times" but have not seen anything on this.
I tried a Google search and the only thing I've come up with that was even close to anything my son is so excited about is, "MW3 to be announced during NBA Western Conference Finals" and I feel that this is what the store clerk was talking about. But, as many of us know this is what a 12 year old hears, "Blah, blah, blah, CALL OF DUTY, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, WESTERN, blah, blah, blah." and due to the lack of common sense and the inability to fully pay attention this is what the entire conversation with the store clerk translates to in a 12 year old's mind, "CALL OF DUTY: WESTERN!!!"
So, I'm asking here since people seem to really know whats going on...most of the time...whats the deal yo? Is there a Western CoD in the works after MW3 or am I correct in thinking that its some sort of announcement for MW3 to be played during the NBA Western Conference Finals?
I know, consider the sources, an idiot employee of Gamestop attempting to hold an actual conversation with an 12 year old who can't pay attention unless it has to do with Pokemon.
