My medicine skill is at 60. When I offered to help treat the patients, I'd click on the patients, a dialogue comes up that says "Diagnose Injured Soldier?Trooper", but that's it. nothing to do. No option on how to treat the patient. So I told Dr. Richard, I am not qualified to treat your patients, so I could continue to help save the town of Nelson. Spoke to Major "forgot name", then I told him, "Let's do this", went to door, and it's just a black screen...anyone else have this problem?
