Title says most of it. I have the archery perk for slow motion zoom and everything but when I try it on horseback it doesn't work. I can still shoot arrows and stuff just can't zoom in. I've seen in videos that you can do slow-mo zoom on horseback but yeah it doesn't work for me.

Is this a bug or something? It IS beta.

You can ask a moderator to move it to the beta forum. Just hit the "Report" button on your original post and ask that it be moved.

Are you able to zoom and slow-mo properly when not on horseback with this patch? Maybe the perk is just not activated properly post patching, which is an issue I have had myself when patching.

Yeah it works fine on foot just not on horseback.
