Im on the quest where you have to go to fortification hill to kill benny and get the platinum chip, but the boat that you need to ride doesnt work. the button that allows you to get on doesnt come up. Please help!!!

p.s if any1 else had this problem i found out that you can only use the boat once so i just fast traveled to the fort. that easy
