I'v made a house in the hills and when testing it out in game, the game crashes when I get near it.

Duz anyone know what could be the problem?

I'v made all sorts of things in the kit and none of them have had this before.

Did you delete any vanilla references when you placed the house? In previous games that was a biiiig no-no, and I wouldn't be surprised if it still is.
