I used kegetys FPS limiter and set it to 30fps, outside whiterun, near the stables, I have a few mods there and it causes FPS to drop down to 22-24, so I raised the limiter to 40fps, reloaded the save, nothing else changed, and I had 33-35fps ??

I find 40fps limiter is smooth and my FPS rarely drops below 30 so I'm happy with the current settings, no micro-stutter, but I was wondering why the above occurred.
