I really want to have a contract for my collection in which Delphine sends some hired thugs after me. So, I have avoided stealing anything yet except items from Delphine's inventory. However, this was several levels ago, and I'm still waiting in vain for the hired thugs to come after me.

Normally, the thugs were always and reliably sent after me by whoever my character stole from, first.

Won't she hire them or what?


I guess I could also try and go through the main quest until she and Esbern are sitting in Sky Haven Temple and they start to own every single item there so that I'm not allowed to take what I like anymore. Maybe she'll dislike me badly enough then to send some hired muscle after me?
