Can't find Honest Hearts

Does someone knows when Honest Hearts is availeble in Europe! I can't find the add-on HH in the playstation Store!

according to fallout wiki it's only out in US and canada, should be out in uk in a few days (sony said they were goign to do a triple update or something)
