So whenever i take out all the bandits inside a fort the place on the map never semms to actually show as cleared, even tough i took everyone out, killed their leader and took out all of the ones in the prison, any reason as to why?

I think maybe if you complete the imperial or stormcloak questline. I never really checked tho lol but know fo sure I killed everyone lol...
