i can't have Riften house : V

hello, please i need help.

I can't get a quest to make 5 quest to be thame of the city, how i get it?
i already did skooma quest and clean the cave now she just GIVE 1 WEAPON AND NOTHING =/

plz help me.

If you've done the skooma quest, just go around and do a bunch of misc. objectives in the rift. Eventually it will pop up and say "return to the jarl" and then you can become thane and buy the house.

Edit: noticed you said you've done 5 quests. Just keep doing the objectives and it should pop up. When I did it I counted doing more than 5 objectives.

I just purchased the home for my thief character and encountered some bugs; had to reload an earlier save. Remember to talk to the Jarl before visiting the house or you won't be named Thane of Riften:
