I've just begun to build my house in falkreath, using the housecarl from falkreath as my steward, then i asked her to follow me, I expected the usual message of "someones already with you" but no, she just started following me, so I now have Serana and the Falkreath steward following me

Serana uses her own unique follower system. What probably happened was that she was following you without PlayerFollowerCount being 1, so you could recruit someone else and she wouldn't leave.

God i hope not.. You and me both, Serana is quite annoying, pushing you around when in a conversation or just randomly comments the wrong places the wrong time ( In conversations aswel ) :devil:

yes though the main quest and guild quests. Plus the initate glitch and main followeri start with. btw i didnt count barbus and the other animals
