I started a new game, and killed a few hawks in Solitude. I made a couple of quests, came back, and the hawks are invencible!!! I cannot kill them!!

I used a fireball, when it hits, doesn't kill the bird! I used an ice spike, but the hawk kept flying around with a chunk of ice...

What's wrong with my game?

version: 1.3.10 on Steam, level 16, orc mage-ish

You may have waited to long and now the hawks have evolved an immunity to magic.

The elder scrolls told about their return? O.o

I punched a hawk while air born via a giants mallet and managed to survive the impact by the giant but died on the way down.... what i would have given to fraps that...

however after recoving from a recent save before dieing..... i had been just killing everything and since i knew where the bird was NOW after being launched into it.. i couldn't kill it either with arrows even when it was perched in a tree... flew off with an arrow stuck in it, and i doubt the bird could survive a glass arrow.

Weird..... i'm not overly concerned about immortal birds.. but I've killed a few of them due to them "detecting" me during some quests or breaking into a home.. which just pissed me right off because they would instantly report me.

Back to the thread, I also took some pictures, and found random chunks of ice scattered around Solitude.

I waited for three days inside the Winking Skiver (The Inn), but the Hawks are still immortal. Annoying creatures! How am I suppoused to get beaks and feathers from immortal un-killable hawks? >:c

Also, the hawks outside are bugged as well, I tried killing a few at the docks.
