how do i raise enchanting and restoration skills ? no matter how much i use healing spell i dont seem to get any xp for next level and as for enchanting i dont really have a clue as what im doing ...

My recommendation:

Restoration will only level if you are actually healing yourself (less than 100% HP/Stamina) so to level this you just need to be getting hurt . Put yourself in front of a few low level mobs and let them wail on you while you heal.

enchanting will level at the same pace no matter what size gem you use to enchant. So just fill all the lesser and petty gems you have with random animals you come accros while traveling. Enchant some gold or silver rings with whatever you can and spam away.

restoration find the equilibrium spell, use that in one hand and healing in the other at the same time. Just pay attention to your life bar. Circle of Protection also works well.

enchanting, make iron daggers enchant said daggers, rince and repeat until master.

how do i aquire iron ore and where do i go to make ingots from ore ? and does the spell put on the dagger matter much (tho i find absorb life makes the items more valueble than putting frost or fire damadge on them)

Halted stream camp just north of whiterun will yield 36 iron ore and most smiths sell ingots though buy ore from them if they have it as 1 ore make 1 ingot and its cheaper. go to a smelter there is one at the blackmith in whiterun and turn the ore into ingots. There is also 6 free iron ingots in Riverwood if you follow Hadvar out of Helgen. Absorb magic is what I used to raise my skill but absorb life should be fine. I also used petty soul gems to level with as the empty gems are cheap and easy to fill.
