Although I do believe I could answer here, I prefer the idea of a centralized source for such information, and that Master Thread covers the requirement. Your video card, which it a critical element, should be named in the second list of video graphics cards there.

you can go here and get an update for your card http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx it will auto detect your card and suggest a driver. The specs on your card are alittle weak, but it should run low to medium settings maybe push it higher at a lower screen size, like 1024x768 would give you the most performance. I dont know as much about AMD cards as i do about nvidia cards, so i could be wrong
