I Can't Pickpocket Faryl Atheron's Gold Diamond Necklace

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 1:36 pm

I'm doing a Fishing Job for the Thieves Guild. I have to pickpocket Faryl Otheran's Gold Diamond Necklace. I have 2/5 Light Fingers, Night Thief, and Draught of Pickpocketing to help me out; but for some reason every time go to pickpocket him, it says,"0% Chance to Steal".

Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Is the quest bugged? I need help.

I've heard this can happen quit the quest and try a different job or another fishing job.(you can quit jobs from Devlin) buy just to ask whats your pickpocket skill diamond necklaces are really really expensive.

Just use the Fortify Restoration glitch to enchant you a ring of super pickpocketing. At about 10,000+ percent, I'd be willing to bet you could grab it.

*sigh*

The higher in value the item, the harder it is to pickpocket, I suggest you cancel that quest and find another. The easiest thieves guild side quests to do are the numbers for Devlin and heist for Vex, IMO anyway.

Is there something wrong with my advice? Sighing at me isn't exactly a form of communication.
