basically the title sums it up : Can a quest run multiple scenes at the same time ?

I have multiple aliases that I create at the same time and each one of them is involved in one scene (that I start as soon as I fill the alias). The testing I did seemed to indicate that only the scene for the first alias starts up but maybe I have to set something on the scenes to allow them to run at the same time.

To be complete : the aliases have individual AI packages (stay at current location ; any time) that start the current NPC's scene in On Begin)

If there's no solution in a single quest, then I think I can work this around by having side-quests for each scenes. But then the question is : would Skyrim support multiple scenes from different quests at the same time ?
