Anyone else have this problem? I start the game and I cannot run or move fast anywhere....It is almost like I'm encumbered but I am not. Please help or is this just another problem with all these patches. Is there any outlet to send our games back for a refund?

Anyone else have this issue? I've had this problem since day one and have been watiting patch after patch for it to be corrected.

not trying to be funny or anything but is your pad ok.like maybe the stick is knackered or something.every pad i ever had on 360 and a few on ps2 had trouble with moving in one direction on its own.maybe yours sticks backwards stopping you from moving fast.might be worth trying another.i know its a dumb response but all i could think of as i dont know about the patches.try the wikipedia if you havnt coz they got alot of bugs listed there.good luck

I've tried different controllers and it's the same thing. When I start the game it's fine but when I first step out the docs house after being patched up is when I can only move as if I'm encumbered.

sorry no idea never heard this one.i assume you tried new game.at the beggining do you pick traits.i find with one of them ,cant remember which,i cant level up so it just stockpiles them so it will say something like xp 200/100 and never levels so i have to start again over and over.maybe try again with no traits or with them if you not got them now.

This happend to me once and i put all of my stuff in a container and took back everything and then it was fine.

I have tried the new game and picked traits as well. It's strange but I can't even get started enjoying the game to get mad at all the glitches. It's a shame. I'm not sure what my options are because I bought the game from best buy back in December. I can't enjoy the game if I have to play it as if I'm encumbered with items 100% of the time.

I can run but I like slow down kinda in a laggy fashion
