Can someone PLEASE help me? : Fallout: New Vegas

Does anyone, ANYONE, know where the Remnants bunker is? Its near Jacobstown, West of New Vegas. This is all I know. I can't find it, and I've look everywhere. I start out at Vault 22 and look in the surrounding area. I just can't find it. Where is it exactly?
