Ok I used the "player.setav speedmult X" cheat which basiclly "increases movement speed where X is a percentage multiplier (eg. player.setav speedmult 250)".

And now I can seem to slow down even when i type in the lowest possible number it has no effect, from what I have read on a site I got the cheats from the Default is 100 yet when I put it below that nothing happends.

anyone know how to fix this?

You could try player.forceav speedmult 100 but it has been known to cause crashes and bugs.

k thx for that i tried it, didn't seem to work so i googled the Cheat in my orignal post and found anoth forum
with someone asking the same thing and i have to press Alt to run, managed to get ti to work eventually, with
a little trial and error and now have a speed that dosen't allow me to run from one side to the other in 5min flat,
now it will take me a good 15+ min to run the length of skyrim.

have you tried a negative number?

No I didn't try a negative number, as I didn't think it would expect one, plus i managed to get it back to normal.
