There already has been a Master thread for your question, rught up at the top, here:

http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1316509-unofficial-will-my-pc-run-skyrim-thread-56-w-hardware-guide/

Thus, there is no need at all for still another duplicate of the same thread.

Not really and it depends on your resolution. You laptop GPU is weaker than a desktop GTX460.

I highly recommend reviewing http://www.geforce.com/Optimize/Guides/the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim-tweak-guide?sf2686171=1

He goes into great detail comparing the fps loss vs. visual improvement of every single setting.

I'm also playing on a laptop with a weaker card than your 560m and with the exception of Markarth and Riften I get great performance at 1920x1080 with 16xAF and most settings maxed except for FXAA and a couple other settings. I have also tweaked the .ini file to extend the grass draw distance.

There are some settings that drastically improve visuals with minimal reduction in frame rate and there are other settings that provide little visual improvement with a big fps hit. If you can live with FXAA instead of MSAA, that seemed to improve frame rate significantly.

And as Gorath pointed out above, please use the existing topic if you would like to discuss further.
