Can the AzuraBlack Star be used for enchanting

I just want to make sure. I remember in Oblivion I could use the Star to refill my weapons, but can I use it in enchanting as well?

Yes, I use the Black Star for that all the time.

Awesome! In that case, sorry Azura, but the Black Star is far more appealing.
