The Geforce GT 430 is particularly aimed at the HTPC crowd that uses PCs for other things besides games, and wants quietness above all else, along with good capability with various video entertainment encoding. It will play the game about like a "borderline" card in the zone between a business graphics (Low End) and a Mainline (Gaming, Medium Quality) card. Generally, its pricing puts it out of contention with cards such as AMDs Radeon HD 5570 that is targeted at that budget level. I've never been able to do monetary conversion in my head readily, so have no clue how much 54 pounds is in USD.
Toms Hardware rated the HD 5570 as the best bang for the buck at $65 in USD.
