hey Guys,

I made a new type of bow, based off the Daedric Bow (Duplicated the original Daedric Bow). I only edited the damage and model texture and basically left everything else alone. i also added an enchantment, but then removed the enchantment to see if that was causing the issue.

The weapon works perfect in-game, but I can't upgrade it using the grindstone. Is there something I need to do in the Creation Kit that allows me to upgrade it? The material is still set to Daedric so I assumed I should be able to upgrade it fine, but alas, it doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think u need to create a Temper Recipe inside "Items"->"Constructible Objects"

Yes, that's it. You can use an existing one and edit it so that it applies to the weapon you created and give it another name.
