Can I use ONE sound file for every dialogue ?

Hello all,

I wrote quite a few dialogues for my mod, each time recording a "blank" sound file to manage the timing of my subtitles.
It's not only time consuming, but it's as well starting to take (relatively) massive space, with each blank WAV taking around 600kb. (Not to mention I'm uploading the mod to the Steam Workshop, and its silly 100MB cap ... ...)
So my question (and naive hope) is : Is there some twisted way to make every new dialogue line share the same unique sound file ?

Thanks !
